We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing & Events executive who is a strategic thinker, creative with content and has the ability to plan and deliver first-class, multi-channel, marketing campaigns as well as having a working knowledge of managing and organising events.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate online traffic and lead generation via forward thinking marketing campaigns
- Manage digital campaigns across Paid Social, Technical SEO, PPC etc
- Work closely with senior management on strategy and budgets
- Planning and delivering cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Assisting with the design, production and distribution of all promotional marketing materials
- Create written, video and image content for several channels including social media, email, newsletters, brochures, blogs, press releases and website content
- Plan, promote and organise events
- Manage brand and campaign identity and messaging around content, ensuring all are delivered with appropriate tone of voice
- Network within the industry to gain contacts, build industry knowledge and understand how we maintain a competitive edge in attracting business
- Generate positive news coverage, achieving free brand placement in broadcast, print and new media
- Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media
- Source and attend events in which you can promote ET and its services
- Ability to update content on the company website using WordPress
- Knowledge of the corporate market
EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and budget
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues
- Booking and managing event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers
- Financial administration of events, including taking and processing of bookings / invoicing
- Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with and briefing staff, and organising suppliers
- Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to develop these sales opportunities
- Ensure digital channels are utilised to promote events (using social media, third party digital advertising)
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Degree Level education preferred
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to use Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator to create media content
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an marketing role
- Events management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Skillsets within: SEO, Paid Search, Social Media, hootsuite, mailchimp, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Committed, engaged and motivated
- Decisive and self-led
- Open-minded with a positive outlook
- Ambition to grow and develop the business
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
- Drivers licence and use of a car is a must

- Full time – Permanent
